Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy provides prescribed physical, occupational, and speech therapy on-site to help you regain your independence and function.

Long-Term Care

I visited the Palms at Sebring today and met with Kyna Page. I had some questions about my uncle and his stay at the facility and how well it was going for him. The staff including Kyna was very helpful and assured me that my uncle was in the best care. He really enjoys staying there.



The Palms at Sebring is exceptional. The team is structured and efficient and effective. I will say Andrea from HR is really outstanding in her service.



Kyna has been instrumental in helping with my mother’s transition. The nursing staff (Kristen and Phyllis) have been excellent with my mother‘s care. The business office (Wesley and Mary) have proven to be quite easy to work with. CNAs have had my mother ready for all appointments and even dressed her as she requested. The patience and education that we received throughout this process has been appreciated throughout the transition, as well as very comforting.



My Father has been in the memory care facility for six months now. They take amazing care of him. There are too many nurses for me to mention them all by name, but they’re all amazing. I truly believe these caregivers are angels in disguise, it takes very special people to do what they do, I appreciate each and every one of you.



The compassion I have seen firsthand from the staff is like no other. My grandpop is here and the care I have seen him and many others receive is incredible.



Five stars are not enough to give this facility! Kyna and Megan were instrumental in getting my aunt and uncle back together for the last few weeks of his life so he didn’t pass alone at another facility. The care the staff provided was top-notch. The staff not only checked on him but made sure his wife and our family was taken care of. We are forever grateful for the staff and facility for everything!
